Six, facilities renovation, strict quality control.

Second, the renovation project of the heating system and canteen in Building No.3, before stopping the boiler, make good preparations for the construction, arrange the daily life of the elderly, pay close attention to the construction, shorten the construction period as far as possible while ensuring the quality of the project and minimize the loss.

Third, for the projects to be tendered this year, such as renewal of domestic boilers, renovation of lighting in the campus, renovation of flat slope of No.4 building, renovation of boiler dust removal equipment, etc., we should pay close attention to the preparatory work before tendering. All projects must be investigated in the market, shop around, and form written materials with construction drawings and renderings, which are in line with the actual situation of our hospital and meet the high-quality standards.

Seven, beautify the green environment, the harmonious development of man and nature.

In order to carefully shape the image of a civilized and tidy welfare home, reduce the spread of diseases and ensure the health of employees and the elderly, our hospital issued a proposal with the theme of "clean campus and harmonious home", calling on employees and the elderly in the hospital to take active actions and vigorously carry out environmental sanitation rectification work.

Under the leadership of the leading group, the staff of the whole hospital carried out voluntary labor, comprehensively cleaned the key parts and dead ends in the hospital, and also painted the building, the wall and the leisure chairs with self-raised funds, which made the face of our hospital look brand-new. At the same time, carry out health education and health promotion activities, adopt multi-form, multi-level and multi-channel education and guide workers and the elderly to change their customs, improve the environment, improve the quality of civilized health, strengthen the prevention and control of vectors, and focus on eliminating the "four pests".

This year, the overall work of our hospital has made new breakthroughs and leaps, and these achievements are the result of the hard work of the staff of the whole hospital. While affirming our achievements, we should also clearly realize that there are still some difficulties, problems and deficiencies in our work:

First, in terms of ideological understanding, some employees have a weak sense of crisis and urgency, fail to realize the seriousness of the situation facing our hospital, are satisfied with their own vertical growth comparison, and have insufficient understanding of the lag of development in horizontal comparison with brother hospitals;

Second, in management, there are problems such as lax management, ineffective implementation of rules and regulations, and lax labor discipline. The management potential has not been tapped, and the enthusiasm of employees has not been fully mobilized, resulting in insignificant management benefits;

Third, in the implementation of the work, the requirements for the hospital are not in place, the measures are not clear, the methods are not appropriate, the creative work is not enough, and there are some loopholes and "blind spots" in the work;

Fourth, in terms of service quality, the self-demand is not strict, there are not many new measures and ideas for service, and the phenomenon of inadequate service often occurs.
