1. Ingredients: Jiangdou Gan, beef and carrots (optional).
Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, star anise, cinnamon, prickly ash, soy sauce, ginger, monosodium glutamate and spicy peel.
2. Soak Jiangdou Gan in hot water.
Step 3: Pick up and cut into sections
4. Wash and cut carrots, slice ginger, and wash and cut spicy skin bubbles.

Tips
Just soak the Jiangdou Gan until it is soft, so that the flavor of beef can be sucked in when it is cooked.
Carrots can be added at the end, not more. I just take pictures to look good, so that they are more stylish, soft and delicious.
You can fry it and press it in a pressure cooker later, which is quick and simple. You can add some beef fat to burn it together.
