Methods/steps
Wash the soybeans, control the moisture, fry them in a wok (stir-fry the pepper and dried pepper together), and grind them into powder with a food processor. Add a little sugar and enough salt and mix well.
Wash the pepper, cut it into small pieces, paste it with a food processor, mix it with the above soybean powder, add a proper amount of rice wine, and mix well (note: no water is needed, only pepper paste and rice wine are used). The spoon in the picture was made two months ago, which is obviously different from the newly made color.
Bottle and store at room temperature in a place without direct sunlight (cover, but don't seal, remember. I have removed the sealing plastic ring of the bottle cap). It can be eaten after standing for one month.
