Making process:
1. Soak the glutinous rice and red beans one night in advance, clean it and fish it out and strain the water.
2. Wash the red dates, soak them a little, use a straw to remove the kernel of the dates inside, and cut the kerneled dates in half.
3. Cut the ham hock into small dices, and wash the raisins.
4.
