Homemade beef jerky 1. Wash a catty of beef shoulder meat (9 yuan/catty is sold in supermarkets), cut it into strips or blocks (I cut the strips, and the thickness is determined by myself), put it in a container, drain the meat, put it in a microwave oven, open the container, and turn on the fire for three minutes to remove blood. 2. Take out the beef, then put water into the container. The water is a little more than before. Add seasoning: two aniseed, five or six peppers, four or five dried peppers (you can add more spicy ones), four or five pieces of spiced powder and fresh spicy powder (delicious). Add beef and water, stir and put in the microwave for three minutes. 4. Repeat step 3.5. Take out the beef, pour out the water and seasoning, put the beef back into the container, half soy sauce and half red wine (no red wine can be replaced by cooking wine, which tastes good), pour it into the container to drown the beef, sprinkle a little sugar, stir well, cover it, turn to high heat for three minutes, stir well, and then turn over for two minutes. (you can also turn it over for five minutes, so as to unify the taste. Beef can be put directly on the lid of the vessel (I mean, it is better to have some gaps between the strips), then sprinkle a little curry powder, heat it in the microwave oven for three minutes, turn the strips over and turn them over for another two minutes. 7. Take out the meat strips, sprinkle with curry powder, and then pull.
Let's see if it's simple. It takes a short time, one for three minutes, three for three minutes and two for five minutes. It's done.
The second method:
Ingredients: 2 kg of light soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of salt, half a spoonful of Chili powder, jelly powder 1 spoon, ginger 1 spoon, a little star anise, 2 kg of thin oil-free beef, put in cold water and cook until chopsticks are inserted into bloodless water. Take out the meat, cool it and cut it into thin slices along the grain. 2. Put the light soy sauce, sugar, salt, Chili powder, jelly powder, ginger and star anise into a wok and heat over low heat. 3. Put the meat slices into the sauce in (2) and fry until the juice is dry, then turn off the heat. 4. Arrange the meat slices in a large baking pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes. Turn the meat over and turn it over again.
Beef must be sliced along the grain so that the fried product will not break.
Because of the different brands and types of ovens, the baking time can be adjusted by itself to avoid scorching or insufficient baking.
Immediately put the finished product into a sealed container, keep moisture, and make the dried meat soft and hard.
