If you want to eat tremella soup as soon as possible, start the quick stew mode; If you are not in a hurry, I personally suggest to use the slow stew mode, and the stewed tremella will be thicker. If necessary, you can add ingredients such as Lycium barbarum, red dates, lilies and lotus seeds during the stew, and wait until the liquid in the pot becomes gelatinous, then you can take the diet.

Tremella, I heard that this pale yellow, snow-white may have been treated with medicine. Soak in hot water first, cut off the hard stem of the head, wash it and break it. I like to cut it with scissors. Additives can be added with pears according to everyone's preference, which is more cool. One can be added with medlar or jujube, which is nourishing and beautiful. Put tremella into the rice cooker, add enough water, jujube, medlar or pear, and put it down together. After boiling, press the heat preservation, which may take a night to rot. Boil it again every half an hour or an hour, and it will rot faster, about 3-4 hours. After cooking, add rock sugar and melt.

After the water is boiled, put the tremella, lotus seeds, lilies and crystal sugar into the pot together, and cover the pot and simmer for two hours when the pot boils again. After two hours, stew the lily lotus seed tremella soup, just put the soaked wolfberry in it. Put it in a bowl.
