2. The practice of donkey meat jiaozi:
(1) Ingredients: 500g donkey meat, 7 or 8 pages of Chinese cabbage, 1 onion, 1 coriander, 1 4 onion, 5g cooking wine, 3g salt, 5g soy sauce, 2g allspice powder, 2g chicken essence,14 onion.
(2) Slaughter the donkey meat, remove the fascia of the donkey meat, add an onion, add 1/4 onions, chop them into paste together, add the cooked and cooled flowers, and add water to stir evenly.
(3) Add cooking wine, chicken essence, sesame oil, peanut oil, soy sauce and spiced powder, and stir them evenly clockwise.
(4) Add chopped Chinese cabbage and coriander. Add salt. Stir in the same direction, and the donkey meat will be fine.
(5) Then put in the noodles prepared in advance. Roll it into dumpling skin. Start wrapping jiaozi.
(6) Boil boiling water in the pot and put the wrapped jiaozi in it. Cook out of the pot. Put it on a plate and serve it immediately.
