White pumpkin can be eaten, the practice is as follows:
1.Cut the cooked paneer and set aside.
2. Remove the flesh from the white pumpkin and cut it into small pieces and set aside.
3. Cut the cubed white pumpkin into thin slices and set aside.
4. In the pan, pour in a moderate amount of oil, add chopped scallions and stir fry, pour in a moderate amount of white pumpkin slices.
5. Put in the appropriate amount of salt, continue to stir fry.
