Steamed cod

Braised cod
1. First, cut cod into pieces, garlic slices, ginger slices and scallion slices.
2. Prepare cod, add half a spoonful of salt, pour in a proper amount of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.
3. Prepare a bowl, beat in the eggs and beat until the egg liquid is fluffy.
4. Pour half a pot of oil into the pot, evenly wrap the cod in egg liquid, put them into the pot one by one, and fry them until they are golden.
5. Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add ginger slices, garlic slices and onion segments, add star anise, stir-fry until fragrant, then add fish pieces, pour a small amount of soy sauce, cooking wine and balsamic vinegar, season and color, add a proper amount of water, boil, add half a spoonful of sugar and a little salt, and stew until the soup is dry, then take it out of the pan.
