Exercise:
1. Wash the snail pepper, pat it flat with a knife, cut it into sections, sprinkle some salt in the pot, pour in the fried tiger skin, stir-fry and press it.
2. Heat hot oil from the pan, add minced garlic and black bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add preserved eggs and stir-fry for ten seconds, then add green pepper and a little chicken essence? A little salt? Half a spoonful of soy sauce? Half a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir well.
