1. Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots, drain and set aside.
2. Rinse the bacon.
3. Cut into three sections.
4. Cut the enoki mushrooms into sections as wide as bacon.
5. Roll up the enoki mushrooms with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
6. Place on the baking sheet.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
