Chinese cabbage, radish and tofu soup How to make it?
Wash the cabbage, white radish and tofu, cut them into long strips of about the same size, blanch them in boiling water, take them out and set aside. Wash the coriander, cut into sections and set aside
Put oil in the pot and put it on the fire. When the oil is 50% hot, add Korean chili paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Add water and put the white radish and tofu together. Bring to a boil over high heat
Add cabbage, boil again, season with salt and MSG, and finally sprinkle with coriander, turn off the heat, and serve
