Put light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and kelp powder into a bowl, add boiling water to boil, then cook the noodles, take them out and put them into a bowl filled with sauce. Here is how to do it :
Ingredients: 100 grams of thin noodles

Notes:
1. If you don’t have kombu powder, you can omit it, or use chicken powder or MSG instead.
