Steps of salted peanuts
Step 1
Wash the peanuts and boil them in water for a minute or two. Boiled and fried skin is not easy to break and easy to taste.
Second step
Pick up the boiled peanuts and dry them until they don't drip.
Third step
When drying peanuts, heat the salt, add spices and stir-fry until fragrant, and then add peanuts and stir-fry until fragrant.
Fourth step
Stir-fry the whole process with a small fire.
Step five
Stir-fry until peanuts crackle. If you put too much salt, you can turn off the fire and cover the pot, and cook the fast-maturing peanuts with the residual temperature of salt. You can also keep the fire burning until it is cooked. I drove for about five minutes.
Step 6
Finally, pass through the sieve with a colander, and the crispy peanuts are out of the pot!
