Prepare vermicelli, fungus, mushrooms, shredded meat, green onion, ginger and garlic.
Soak the vermicelli and set aside, and cut the fungus and mushrooms into julienne strips.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry until browned.
Pour in water and boil, add the soaked vermicelli, fungus and mushrooms and cook until done.
