1, Huangshan Mao Feng
From 19 15 Panama World Expo to Hongweipo in 2002, 100, Huangshan Mao Feng was selected as one of the famous teas in China 10, which shows the value of Huangshan Mao Feng.
Huangshan Mao Feng is the representative of Huizhou tea, which originated in ancient Huizhou area and was founded around 1875. But in fact, Huangshan area was an important tea-producing area as early as the Tang and Song Dynasties. After the rise of loose tea in Ming and Qing Dynasties, it became the brightest star in the center of the stage.
2. West Lake Longjing
West Lake Longjing may be more famous than Huangshan Mao Feng. In the current green tea industry in China, it seems to be an unshakable king, and it has been selected by all previous national 10 teas, and it has the reputation of being the queen of green tea.
West Lake Longjing is mainly produced around Longjing Village, West Lake, Hangzhou, and is divided into primary production areas and secondary production areas. The primary producing areas mainly include five core producing areas: Shifeng, Longjing, Yun Qi, Hupao and meijiawu.
The West Lake Longjing produced here has the highest quality and the most expensive price, but there are many sub-producing areas in the periphery. The quality is good, but the price is much cheaper.
3. Anxi Tieguanyin
Tieguanyin is a masterpiece of China oolong tea, which is well-known at home and abroad. From 2000 to 20 12, Tieguanyin went to the national market and became the hottest tea at that time.
Although many people were hyping Pu 'er at that time, Pu 'er was not easy to be accepted in taste or brewing method. However, Oolong Tieguanyin in southern Fujian had no such concerns at all, and soon went to occupy the northern market nationwide.
Because the taste and aroma of Tieguanyin are very special, tea lovers who drink green tea or black tea can't imagine its unique aroma before they touch Tieguanyin. After drinking Tieguanyin, everyone will be impressed by its delicious aroma.
4. Biluochun
Compared with the top three famous teas, Biluochun's popularity may be slightly lower, but it does not hinder its position in the national 10 famous teas.
Biluochun grows in Dongting Mountain and Dongting Mountain in Taihu Lake, and its environment is particularly superior, but its overall output is limited, which can't be compared with Huangshan Mao Feng, West Lake Longjing and Tieguanyin.
But "Biluochun" has a very long history, and it became a tribute as early as 1000 years ago. Tea strips are tightly knotted, with white hairs exposed and curled into snails, so it is called "Biluochun". A catty of tea needs 60,000 to 70,000 buds, so it is particularly precious.
