There are little red dot spots on the glans?
The red spot of glans penis, also known as pearl papule of penis, is a physiological development variation of human body. The red spot on the glans penis is harmless to human body, not contagious and does not need treatment. About 24% of adult men have pearl papules on penis, that is, there are red spots on the glans, usually some pearl-shaped, red, yellow or white translucent papules. The diameter of a single papule is about 1 ~ 3mm, which is arranged in rows along the coronal sulcus, sometimes around the entire coronal sulcus, and the papules are often arranged neatly and do not merge with each other. Condyloma acuminatum often occurs not only in the coronary sulcus, but also in the inner side of the foreskin, at the junction of penis skin and urethral orifice, anus and perianal region. The number of warts is small, mostly cauliflower-like, papillary or cockscomb-like verrucous hyperplasia, which is different from the pearl papules (red spots on the glans penis) that only occur in the coronal sulcus of the glans penis.
