Ingredients: 6 pieces of cod, garlic, water, chicken essence, mayonnaise, wine, salt, flour and salad oil.
Practice:1.Marinate cod pieces with 2 tablespoons of wine and a little salt 10 minute. Then dry the water on the cod pieces with paper towels and cut each piece into 3 small pieces. After the garlic is cut in half vertically, chop it gently with the back of a kitchen knife.
