General troubleshooting without heating:
Generally, it can be divided into low-voltage fault and high-voltage fault, which lead to no heat.
1, low-voltage fault is generally due to the problem of low-voltage power supply line, resulting in 220V AC voltage not being sent to high-voltage transformer or frequency conversion board, and then the high-voltage part does not work, resulting in no heat. Most of the low voltage is caused by timer damage (mechanical microwave oven) or computer board relay damage (computer microwave oven), and a small number of microwave ovens are caused by microswitches.
2, high voltage fault is generally caused by three parts, high voltage diode, magnetron, high voltage transformer. Due to the different brands and running time, the damage probability of the three components is also different. Most Galanz microwave ovens are not heated because of the short circuit of high-voltage diodes. Microwave ovens that have not been heated for 8 years have more diode short circuits than those that have not been heated for more than 8 years. There are several reasons why the microwave oven doesn't heat up because the high voltage transformer is damaged.
