Ingredients for Kidney Bean Noodle Stew
200g of fresh noodles, 100g of lean meat
200g of silky beans
Ginger, green onion
How to Make Kidney Bean Noodle Stew
Step 1
Tear the silky beans into about 3cm pieces. Shred the meat. Slice green onion and ginger. Chop green garlic.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger. Add the meat and stir-fry a few times, immediately add a little vinegar, soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for a few moments into the kidney beans with soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes, pour in at least no more than the kidney beans of water. Boil on high heat and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Take a spoon and ladle out most of the soup and set aside. Spread half of the noodles over the kidney beans, sprinkle with a little oil, and then spread the remaining noodles.
Step 4
Spoon out the soup and sprinkle evenly over the noodles in three to four batches every 2-3 minutes, and simmer over medium-low heat until about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with green garlic before serving.
