working methods
1. Wash and peel the loofah, cut it into sections (about 3.5cm), and dig out the melon heart with an iron spoon for later use.
2. Add yellow wine, salt, chicken essence, an egg and fine loofah powder (cut off the corners and chop them) to the minced meat, stir well and stuff them into the hollowed-out loofah section. The upper end can be piled up like mushrooms and placed in a plate.
