Fengjing Ancient Town (Jinshan)

As one of the famous ancient towns in Shanghai, Fengjing Ancient Town not only has the ancient town style, peasant paintings and Fengjing’s famous products include rice wine and Ding’s hoof, and farm picking has become a highlight of Fengjing tourism. When cherries mature in May every year, some local cherry growers have included picking tours as one of their farm entertainment activities, setting off a wave of picking tours in Fengjing Ancient Town.

May is the best time for cherry picking. The Alin Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative in Zhonghong Village, Fengjing Town has more than 80 acres of cherries suitable for citizens to pick.

Self-picked cherries are cheaper, priced at 40 yuan per 500 grams, while packaged cherries are priced at 50 yuan per 500 grams. Citizens need to purchase a 68 yuan ticket to enter the park for picking, but they can eat unlimitedly in the park.

Jiading Baiguoyuan

The cherries grown in Baiguoyuan in Jiading Juyuan New District include more than 10 high-quality domestic and foreign varieties such as Reni, Samito, and Pioneer. Among them, Reni has bright and beautiful colors and a hard texture; Samit has extra large fruits and purple-red skin. Reservation is required for cherry orchard picking. The cherry forest covers an area of ??about 40 acres and has more than 3,000 trees. The 80 yuan ticket allows you to pick and eat all you want. In addition, there are children's playgrounds, outdoor barbecues and other activities in the orchard.
