Shaoxing is located on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay. It has a history of more than 2,500 years. It is a tourist city with a Jiangnan water town atmosphere. Cangqiao Straight Street is located in the historical district of Yuecheng District, on the east side of Fushan.

The 1.5-kilometer-long Cangqiao Straight Street is composed of three parts: rivers, houses and neighborhoods. It is a historical and cultural street characterized by the style of the ancient city and with traditional houses as its main content.

Cangqiao Zhi Street, as a famous old street in Shaoxing, has a strong water town atmosphere of small bridges and flowing water in the Jiangnan area. Bluestone, wet moss and awning boats are the main symbols here.

Lu Xun’s hometown is a tourist place where you can authentically interpret Lu Xun’s works, taste the scenery in Lu Xun’s writings, and experience Lu Xun’s life at that time. It is also the best-preserved and most culturally connotative historical district in Shaoxing.

Baicao Garden, Sanwei Bookstore and Xianheng Hotel are lined with pink walls and black tiles on both sides of a narrow bluestone road.

The small river flows in front of Lu Xun's former residence, and the awning boat sails slowly on the river. This scene reminds people of some scenes in Lu Xun's works.

Shaoxing East Lake is located six kilometers east of the city. It is a clever combination of cliffs, stone bridges, caves and lake surfaces. It is one of the three famous lakes in Zhejiang Province.

Although East Lake is small, the exquisiteness of its strange rocks and caves makes Shaoxing East Lake recognized by people in the tourism industry as "the wonder of the lake".

Shen Garden is not far from Lu Xun’s hometown. It was the private garden of a wealthy businessman named Shen during the Southern Song Dynasty.

As a famous garden in the Song Dynasty, the garden has pavilions, bridges, flowing water, and shady trees. It is the only Song-style garden that has been preserved to this day among the many classical gardens in Shaoxing.

The Mausoleum of Dayu is located in the southeast of Shaoxing City, at the foothills of Kuaiji Mountain outside Jishan Gate.

It is backed by Kuaiji Mountain and faces Yuchi in front. It was called Yuxue in ancient times and was the burial place of Dayu.

Lanting is located at the foot of Lanzhu Mountain in Lanting Town, southwest of Shaoxing City. It is the garden residence of Wang Xizhi, a famous calligrapher in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. It is a Jin Dynasty garden. According to legend, Gou Jian, the king of Yue, planted orchids here during the Spring and Autumn Period. In the Han Dynasty, he set up a post pavilion, hence the name Orchid Pavilion.
