Preparation steps:
1. Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails;
2. Put the washed chicken feet into boiling water and boil them. It's best to add a piece of ginger and cook together;
3. Skim off the foam so that the chicken feet will have no smell;
4. It will take about 10 minutes and can be easily pricked with chopsticks. Just pierce it thoroughly. Don't cook it for too long, otherwise it will affect the taste;
5. Rinse repeatedly with water to remove the greasiness on the surface of the chicken feet, then cut it into suitable segments, and finally soak it in ice water 15 minutes;
6. Put the chicken feet into the box and pour in the pickled peppers. It is best to cover the chicken feet. If the pepper water is not enough, you can add rice vinegar and boil it cold;
7 .Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate. After one day, you can eat it.
