Ingredients: grass carp tail 1, 3 yuba, 3 shallots, 3 garlic, 4 ginger, rice wine, salt, soy sauce and a little oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash the fishtail and lightly cut both sides (easy to taste); Soak yuba for half an hour, drain and cut into sections.
2. Heat the oil pan, add garlic, onion and ginger slices to stir fry until fragrant, then put the fish tail in the pan and fry slightly on both sides.
3. Add a proper amount of water to almost submerge the fish tail, add a little salt, soy sauce and rice wine, turn to low heat after the water boils, cover the pot and stew for 15 minutes.
4. Add the yuba and stew for another ten to fifteen minutes. Vegetable, eat.
