The second season of "The Taste of Lao Guang" has seven major chapters, namely "One Heart" and "Two Yis" , "Three Meals", "Four Seasons", "Five Flavors", "Liuhe", "Qijue", each episode has unexpected new ideas. Why has a small black fish caused generations of fishermen to rack their brains? Why can an old goose head be sold for thousands of dollars? Why has a piece of yellow tofu become a specialty in northern Guangdong? Using natural ingredients and cooking with unique skills, in tonight's episode In the first episode, the gang will "compete" with food. "Good food has its own origin, and it is rooted deep in memory. What lingers in people's minds is the home-cooked taste that can keep generations waiting for it." In a simple way, the old people have been exploring the beautiful relationship between people and food for decades, and they are dedicated to guarding the code of happiness contained in their own kitchens.
The coming and going of cold and heat, the alternation of day and night, cold and heat, moistening and dryness, purgative and tonic, the rich ingredients from nature hide the two ways of harmonizing yin and yang. In the second episode "Liang Yi", we will see how the chefs find the best combinations among the exquisite dishes. Whether it is the five-finger peaches from Luofu Mountain, the Hakka wine from Xingning, Meizhou, eastern Guangdong, the spring Amomum villosum from Yangchun, or the crocodile from Zhongshan, they all reveal their true colors in the exquisite cooking, practicing the traditions of the old people. The two ways of maintaining health.
