How to make roast pork ribs?
: 45 ml hoisin sauce, 15 ml tomato sauce, 15 ml honey, 15 ml soy sauce, 15 ml Japanese sake, 5 ml rice vinegar, 5 ml lemon juice, 2 g fresh minced ginger, fresh minced garlic 1g, 0.7g allspice, 455g pork ribs
Method: 1. In a shallow glass plate, combine seafood sauce, tomato sauce, honey, Japanese sake and rice vinegar , lemon juice, ginger, garlic and allspice and mix thoroughly. Add pork chops and turn to coat evenly with sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius. Put some water in the baking pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Place a grill rack over the baking sheet and hang the pork chops on the grill rack.
3. Place the grill rack in the center of the oven and bake for 40 minutes, turning it every 10 minutes and brushing with marinade. Pour the marinade over and grill for the last 10 minutes to coat the pork chops with a glossy marinade. It can be done under the grill and discard any remaining marinade.
