I read an article recently, probably to investigate people's motivation to comment on food review websites. Although it is about OpenRice, a food review website in Hong Kong. But it is similar to wuli's public comment, so I will share it with my schoolmates.

The article mainly discusses the main reasons why we make positive comments:

1) Reputation. Most people think that sharing positive comments will help improve the reputation of their website or a certain community.

2) Sence of belonging, for which intuition should not be the main influencing factor. But the reality is that commenting does make people (the sample people who fill out the questionnaire) feel a sense of belonging. In other words, there will be no sense of rejection.

3) Enjoy helping others, which is deeply touched. Most people will feel satisfied with helping others. Sharing comments on the website can be used for reference when you are willing to eat in the commented store later. As for credibility, it will vary from person to person. But for critics, their original intention is to help others.

A little feeling: Although the sample size in this paper is only 23, its conclusion is still of high reference value. The shortcoming is that the influencing factors of people's negative comments are not considered. But in fact, negative comments are more valuable for shops and users who view comments.

personally, visiting Taobao is bound to depend on negative comments. See if negative comments are unreasonable, and if not, what are the problems pointed out. The same is true of comments similar to public comments. For shops, understand why users make negative comments, and if there is, change it, and then encourage it; For the reviewers, to understand why other diners don't like the taste of this store, if the problems pointed out are their own minds, they will certainly not spend in this store. _
