How to configure Le Takeaway printer?

I don’t know how Le Waiwai is configured. This uses Three Meals. The following is the printer configuration for Three Meals!

1. Overall wiring diagram If there are not many printers and the router sockets are sufficient, you do not need to use a switch, and all network cables are plugged into the wireless router.

2. Configuration process 1. Install the printer driver: In the folder issued by the headquarters, run the installation of Jiabo 58 network port driver\58mm\driver\GP58DRVCN V9.exe.

Select the driver name: GP-5890X Series, and cancel setting it as the default printer.

Leave it unchecked when selecting the port (because you will need to configure the network port for the driver later) and go directly to the next step.

After installing the driver: Start - Devices and Printers, you will see the icon of the newly installed printer driver.

Right-click on it - Properties/Printer Properties, and change its name to "cooking room", "cashier" and other Chinese characters that are easy to remember.

Repeat this step to install as many drivers as you need for network port printers, and change the names for each port.

(You can also right-click all other useless fax/printer drivers and delete the device).

2. Check the computer's own IP address: computer - switch/router - external network.

Please ensure that this basic line can access the Internet normally (if not, you can unplug all other network cables, leaving only this path, set the computer IP to automatically obtain, and check the line).

Then: Start - Run - type "cmd" and press Enter - enter a black screen and type "ipconfig" and press Enter - the computer's own ipv4 address (192.168.x.yyy).

Record it to determine the IP network segment that can access the Internet.

3. Modify the computer IP address: Connect "A printer - switch/router - computer" as shown in Figure 1.

Turn off the power at the rear of the printer, long press the printer's Feed button, and then release the button for 1 second after turning the power on.

At this time, the printer automatically prints its own configuration self-test file.

Check the factory IP address on the receipt (the Jiabo 5890 purchased from the headquarters defaults to 192.168.123.100).

Now it is necessary to temporarily align the computer's IP address with the printer's IP range in order to communicate and modify the printer's factory IP.

Right-click Network or Network Neighborhood - Properties - Right-click Local Area Connection - Properties - Pop up the Local Area Connection properties box - Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4) - Pop up the computer's own IP modification window - Use the following IP

Address (IP address: 192.168.123.99 (based on the printer IP segment, the third item is the same, the fourth item is smaller than 1); subnet mask: 255.255.255.0; leave the others blank) - OK.

(The computer itself may be disconnected from the Internet at this time, it doesn’t matter. After changing the printer IP, we will change it back to automatically obtaining the IP address).

4. Modify the printer's IP address: Connect as shown in the figure and modify it in the previous step. The computer should be able to establish communication with the printer in the same IP segment.

Start - run - enter "cmd" and press Enter - enter the black screen and enter "ping 192.168.123.100" (to communicate with the printer IP). If timed out is returned, it means there is no connection. You need to check the network as shown. If time<1ms is returned, it means there is a connection.

In the folder issued by the headquarters, the Tools folder - GP Ethernet printer test and setting tool - the icon or run of the little sun pops up.

In the first red line, enter the printer IP address: 192.168.123.100, click Connect Test to test the connection. If it returns False, it means it is not connected, please check the network or restart the printer. If it returns Success, it means it is connected, you can modify the printer IP address.

In the second blue line, enter the IP that needs to be set: 192.168.x.yyk (the normal IP segment obtained in step 3 that the computer can access the Internet, the third digit x is the same, and the fourth digit is recommended to start from 201).

Click Set New IP Address to set the printer's new IP.

Refer to step 3 to print the self-test file.

Check to see if the IP address has been set to the required one.

Repeat this step and modify the IP addresses of printers B, C, and D one by one to the last bits 202, 203, 204, etc.

5. Configure the network IP port for the driver: follow the method in step 3 and change the computer itself back to automatically obtain an IP address.

At this time, the computer can access the Internet normally, and all printers have been changed to computer-based IP segments.

Now you only need to connect all the printers as shown in the figure and specify the IP port for the driver installed in step 1, and the computer can normally send the command packet to the printer.

Start - Devices and Printers - Right click on each printer driver - Properties - Ports - Add Port button - Select Standard TCP/IP Port - New Port (P)... - Next - Enter A printer

Set IP address - Next step - Device type: Custom - Next step - Complete - Apply/Confirm (the scan will take a little longer, please wait patiently).

After configuring the IP port for the first driver, right-click - Properties - Print a test page. If it prints normally, congratulations!

Repeat the steps above to configure the corresponding IP ports for other printer drivers.

Print the test pages separately.

Finally, copy the driver name into the Sanmei system, select the printing category, submit the update, exit the software and restart to take effect!

3. Precautions Note: It is recommended that the last digit of each printer's IP address be set larger to prevent other terminals or in-store guests' mobile phones from occupying the IP, resulting in computer printing packets not being sent to the printer normally.

How to check the IP address occupation conflict: Disconnect the printer network cable, and then use the computer to ping the IP. If there is still time<1ms, then there must be such a terminal with the same IP as the printer.

Right-click on all printer drivers - Properties - Print a test page to test the path between "Computer - Switch/Routing - Printer".

Only when this is printable can the Sanmei software be called normally. The Sanmei software does not operate the bottom layer. It just says to the computer: "Computer, please help me send this print data packet to the printer driver of 'Cooking Cai Fang'."
