1. Wuzhishan

is the highest mountain in Hainan and a symbol of Hainan Island. It is located in the middle of Hainan Island, with jagged peaks and hills, which are shaped like human five fingers, hence its name. The second finger of the five fingers is the highest peak, with an altitude of 1876 meters, which is more than 3 meters higher than Mount Tai, the head of the five mountains.

Looking at Wuzhishan, I saw the mountain like five fingers of a human being, and the scenery was very beautiful. Standing on the top of the mountain overlooking the South China Sea, there is a little white sail in the blue waves, and the water and the sky are connected, which makes people think a lot. The mountain is a layer upon layer of tropical virgin forest, which contains all kinds of animals and birds. The main rivers in Hainan originate from Wuzhishan, so there are many mountain springs and lakes here, which add a bit of beauty to the mountains. This is undoubtedly the most adventurous place on Hainan Island. Visitors can climb the "first finger" and the "second finger". Walking in the deep forests of Wuzhishan will feel very good.

2. Tianya Haijiao

It seems that there is a feeling of reaching the end of the world when the car is driven to Tianya Haijiao, about 24 kilometers away from downtown Sanya. The clear water and blue sky are the same color, the smoke waves are vast, the sails are dotted, the coconut groves are swaying, and there are many strange stones. The huge stones engraved with "Tianya", "Cape", "Southern Sky Pillar" and "Sea to South Sky" dominate the seashore, making the whole scenic spot picturesque and beautiful.

the origin of the name of the scenic spot: in ancient times, the traffic was inconvenient, and this place was far away from the Central Plains. It was a deserted place, and ancient emperors often used it as a place to exile "rebellious ministers". Exiled people came here after travelling across mountains and rivers, facing the vast sea, and they sighed, "It's the end of the world, the corner of the sea". During the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, local official Cheng Zhe ordered people to engrave the word "Tianya" here, and later some scholars inscribed the word "Cape" on another boulder. Since then, it has become a world-famous scenic spot.

III. Egret Paradise

There is a wu ji cun in Loki Town, 1 kilometers north of Danzhou City. There are many groves of bamboo and tens of thousands of egrets. People call it "Egret Paradise". There are three big banyan trees four stories high in the village, with wide and swaying crowns, which are spacious homes for egrets. Egrets have lived in wu ji cun for 2 years. Every year near Qingming Festival, egrets fly in droves, and leave in batches around first frost in December, where they live for about eight or nine months. People here love birds very much and never hurt them. Whenever dusk falls, the egrets fly back to the village in herringbone formation, and the scene is spectacular.

In order to facilitate bird watching, the village has now built a bird watching building with a height of six floors, forming a characteristic tourism project.

4. Dongpo Academy

is located in Zhonghe Town, an ancient city in Danzhou, more than 4 kilometers away from Nada Town, where the Danzhou Municipal Government is located. It was built in 198 (Northern Song Dynasty).

There are antique buildings in the academy, such as wine-carrying pavilion, wine-carrying hall and Aotang niche, among which the wine-carrying hall was once the place where Su Dongpo and his son lived and studied. At present, there are many manuscripts of Su Dongpo, historical materials of cultural relics and the famous "Poxian Liyi Tu" on display in the main hall and the two side wings of the Academy. In addition, there are poems inscribed by cultural celebrities such as Guo Moruo, Deng Tuo and Tian Han, and works of art by famous painters and calligraphers. Dongpo's colorful sculptures are displayed in the center of the hall, and the characters are vivid. In front of the museum, the bronze statue of Dongpo Li Wei stands among the colorful flowers.

Zhonghe Town was the seat of Danzhou in ancient times, where Su Dongpo, a great writer in the Song Dynasty, lived in exile for three years. Due to Su Dongpo's influence on the local culture, people here have loved to sing poems against each other for hundreds of years, and thus have the reputation of "the hometown of poetry against each other". Besides Dongpo Academy, there are Guanglang Temple, Dongpo Well, Kuixing Tower and other historical sites in the town.

V. Boao

The first annual meeting of the Asia Forum made Boao stand out from many beautiful and unknown towns in Hainan. Nowadays, Boao is no longer lonely, and the tourism industry is increasingly developed. Although it is still simple in folk customs, it is more of a carved human landscape. Boao is the mouth of Wanquan River, and there is a beautiful yudai beach at the confluence of Haihe River. It is said that yudai beach is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the narrowest beach separating the river and the sea. When you come to the mouth of Wanquan River, you must climb Jinniuling in Boao Scenic Area, where the trees are lush and the rocks are rugged. Lingjiao village is strewn at random, and coconut trees become forests. Overlooking the distance, Wanquan River and Boao Port are natural.

Tips: 1. "Chunguang" brand Hainan specialty is produced in coconut groves, especially a series of coconut-based products such as coconut candy, coconut cake and coconut paste. Lotus mist-a famous fruit in the coconut grove in the eastern suburbs, is also a unique fruit in Hainan, and is famous for its juicy and sweet taste. Lotus spray is planted in front of every house in the coconut grove. It is the mature season of lotus spray from May to July every year. VII. Wanquan River

The river flows through qionghai city for 81km, forming a sandbar island in the middle of the river, with the famous Guantang Hot Spring and the beautiful Baishiling Scenic Area nearby. The most beautiful place of Wanquan River is at the estuary, where rivers, green islands, seaports, sand dikes and other landscapes are gathered in one place, which is considered to be one of the best preserved natural scenery in the estuary of rivers in the world. Wanquan River, Longgun River and Jiuqu River meet here. Dongyu Island, Shapo Island, Yuanyang Island, Boao Port, Tanmen Port, Shenggongshi and other scenic spots also gather here. 2. Self-driving: Starting from Haikou, take the East Expressway and get off at the Baishiling intersection about 98km away. VIII. Wugong Temple

This temple, also known as "the first building in Hainan", is located at the border of Haikou City and Qiongshan City. This wooden complex was built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty to commemorate five famous ministers who were demoted in the Tang and Song Dynasties and came to Hainan: Li Deyu, Li Gang, Zhao Ding, Li Guang and Hu Quan.

The five stone carvings in the temple are vivid and full of thoughts. There are Xuepu Hall, Wugong Jingshe, Guanjiatang, Sugong Temple, Arch Bridge, Lotus Pond, Fengting and Qiongyuan near Wugong Temple, which constitute a group of ancient buildings.

There are many precious cultural relics on display in Wugong Temple tourist area all the year round, among which "Shenxiao Yuqing Wanshou Palace Zhao" written by Song Huizong Zhao Ji is the most famous, and its thin gold calligraphy is vigorous and delicate, which is of great value to the study of calligraphy. In addition, there is the calligraphy of ancient Tang poems by the famous official Hai Rui, which is also very popular.

IX. Dongzhaigang Mangroves

Qiongshan and Wenchang are the most mangroves in Hainan, and Dongzhaigang Mangrove Reserve in qiongshan district is one of the most visited scenic spots.

Mangrove is a unique evergreen plant community on tropical coastal mudflats. Because most of its tree species belong to mangrove family, it is called mangrove in ecology. At high tide, the dense mangroves are submerged by the tide, leaving only the green crown rippling with the waves, becoming a spectacular "marine forest".

Mangrove is an important ecological environment in tropical coast, which can prevent waves and protect the bank, and is also an ideal place for fish and shrimp to breed and inhabit.

Red tree species have a special "viviparous" reproduction phenomenon. After the seeds germinate and grow into seedlings in the fruit of the mother tree, they fall down from the tree together with the fruit, and they can grow into new plants only after being inserted into the mud beach for 2 to 3 hours. If they fall into the sea, they will drift with the tide, die for several months, and take root whenever mud comes.
