There are also Jiangbulake Prairie, Tianshan Grand Canyon, etc., which are also places worth visiting.
Regarding food, I have a lot to say.
Mutton kebabs, a representative delicacy of Xinjiang, are really delicious.
Compared with the mutton kebabs in the mainland, it simply doesn’t know how authentic and delicious it is.
The freshly slaughtered mutton was cut open skillfully with a knife and skewered on iron sticks. Then a fire was made and a layer of cumin and other seasonings were sprinkled on it. The strong aroma hit the face.
The average selling price is 4 yuan per bunch. They are fat and thin, and the bright and sizzling oil makes people's fingers lick.

As the name suggests, a particularly large round plate is filled with potatoes and chicken nuggets, which is delicious and fragrant.
The authentic way to eat it is to pour the very wide noodles into a large plate of chicken, stir it up and eat it together.
Every summer when I go to Xinjiang, one of the delicacies I must try is large plate chicken.
