3. Yimen Mutton Soup: Yimen Mutton Soup Hall is mostly located in the Muslim area of the mosque in Yimen Town, mainly engaged in mutton soup by Muslims. The main raw materials are mutton, sheep bones and more than ten kinds of Chinese herbal medicines cooked with slow fire for a long time. When eating with seasonal fresh vegetables, vermicelli, etc., it is beautiful in color, fragrance and time-honored, and enjoys a good reputation in northern Anhui.
4. Guoyang Camellia oleifera: Camellia oleifera is a nourishing delicacy in Guoyang snacks and the most common food in breakfast in northern Anhui.
