Prepare ingredients: fat beef, zucchini, mushrooms, bean sprouts, carrots, spinach, eggs (choose your favorite side dishes or lean meat or chicken).
Production method:
1. Wash and prepare the ingredients, put oil in the pot, stir-fry watermelon, mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry bean sprouts, spinach and fat beef, and then stir-fry a poached egg.
2. Mix a bibimbap sauce: cooked sesame 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sprite, 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp Korean hot sauce and mix well.
3. Fill the bowl with rice, add vegetables, fat cows and eggs, and pour in the sauce.
