Sitting, drinking, and chatting, this feeling is really pleasant.
I have loved eating kebabs since I was a child. Every time I pass by a barbecue stall, I am so greedy that I can’t walk away from the grilled, sizzling meat skewers.
I often eat barbecue outside, and it’s not uncommon for me to have a bad stomach and wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.
So now I am always worried that the meat from barbecue stalls outside is not fresh and unhygienic.
I have been craving meat skewers recently, so I asked a master chef who has been doing barbecue for more than ten years to learn how to make skewers. I grilled the meat skewers at home. Unexpectedly, the taste was unexpectedly good, with the outside being charred and the inside tender.
The more delicious you eat.
Now I will share with you how to marinate and grill meat skewers.
Kebab Ingredients: 500 grams of lean pork, one egg, appropriate amount of corn starch, less onion shreds, less ginger shreds, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, cumin powder, and chili powder.
Method: 1. First remove the fascia on the surface of the lean pork and cut it into 1 cm thick slices. Use the back of a knife to pat the surface of the pork a few times to break up the meat.
2. Cut the pork into 1 cm square cubes. You can add a little diced lard according to your preference.
3. Add shredded onions, shredded ginger, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the diced meat and stir evenly.
4. Beat in half the egg white, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and mix well again. Finally, pour a layer of cooking oil on the surface and marinate in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
(Marinated pork will be more tender when grilled and less likely to dry out. Because starch is added during marinating, the grilled meat skewers can achieve the effect of being charred on the outside and tender on the inside.) 5. Spread a baking sheet on the baking sheet
Layer the tin foil, put the marinated meat skewers on iron skewers, and arrange them neatly on the baking sheet.
6. Preheat the oven in advance, set the upper and lower heat to 230 degrees, put the baking sheet in and bake for 8 minutes.
After 7 or 8 minutes, take out the baking sheet, sprinkle cumin powder and chili powder evenly on the skewers, and bake in the oven for another 7 minutes.
8. At this time, the meat skewers have been completely cooked. The meat skewers are charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The browned skin looks appetizing. Sprinkle some cumin powder and chili powder according to your preference, and then put the meat skewers on the skewers.
Pick it up and pat it on both sides a few times to mix the cumin powder and chili powder evenly.
9. The kebabs, which are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, are now ready. Are you already salivating?
