Homemade pork breast

Ingredients: 700 grams of pork, 70 grams of white sugar, 50 grams of pure honey, 40 grams of water

Accessory ingredients: 10 grams of fish sauce , 10 grams of light soy sauce, 25 grams of oyster sauce, 1 gram of salt

Preparation method: roasting

Time consumption: one hour (about)

Main steps: pickling , roll and bake

Marinate:

1. Take a piece of lean meat, wash it, wipe off the water with a kitchen towel, and remove the fascia and impurities.

2. Cut into small pieces.

3. Add the salt, sugar, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce listed in the ingredients list.

4. Grasp it evenly with your hands. (Medium salty and sweet taste)

5. Put it into the wall breaking machine and beat it into a puree. (You can also use an ordinary meat grinder without a wall breaker)

6. Add honey to water and mix evenly and set aside, so you won’t be in a hurry later.

Roll out the meat:

1. Place a ball of minced meat into the baking pan.

2. Wrap the rolling pin with a layer of plastic wrap, roll the meat flat, and roll it in to make it thinner. (When rolling out the meat, be sure to place a non-stick plate such as greaseproof paper or plastic wrap underneath)

Baking:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance. Dip a layer of honey water with a brush and apply it to the surface of the meat.

2. Place into the preheated oven.

3. Set the temperature to 160 degrees, 10 minutes, and bake in air oven mode.

4. After 10 minutes, take out the baking pan, turn the pork over, and brush another layer of honey water. Bake at the same 160 degrees for about 8 minutes.

5. Take it out and dry it.

6. Cut off the burnt areas on the edges and trim them into strips, ready to eat
