Specifically, there will be 65,438 airports in Guangzhou Baiyun, Hangzhou Xiaoshan, Chengdu Shuangliu, Qingdao Liuting, Nanjing Lukou, Shenzhen Baoan, Kunming Changshui, Chongqing Jiangbei, Tianjin Binhai, Dalian Zhoushuizi, Shenyang Taoxian, Xi Xianyang and Urumqi Diwobao, as well as land and water ports in Shenzhen Futian, Huanggang, Shatoujiao and Wenjindu, Zhuhai Zhakou Port and Heihe Port.

On May 2019 17, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Administration of Customs and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Duty-free Ports to standardize the management of duty-free ports.
