The most distinctive thing in Hainan is milk tea. When I first heard the name "Daddy Tea", I thought it belonged to "Laoba Tea", and I was still wondering whether it was opened by a person ranking Laoba. Dad's tea is a place for everyone to relax and drink. Sometimes you just need to spend a few dollars to buy a pot of tea, and then you can sit inside and chat and brag with others all day. The boiling water in it is free, so this is a real infinite refill. Even if you only ordered a pot of tea, the waiter's attitude inside was as good as ever.
If you don't order Hainan powder for breakfast in Hainan, it's not breakfast in Hainan. Hainan powder is just a general term, which includes pickled powder and soup powder. Personally, I think marinated powder is more suitable for me in a hurry. The marinated powder is made by boiling the unique powder in Hainan with boiling water, and then drenching it with special sauce, which is refreshing but not spicy. If you eat fast, you can finish one in two or three minutes, which is very suitable for office workers who are in a hurry.
Hainan Qingbuliang is one of my favorite Hainan snacks. It's a bit like eight-treasure porridge, which contains all kinds of boiled beans and turtle mud, and then puts a large smoothie made of coconut milk on it. Eating a bowl in summer feels like the whole person is blowing air conditioning, which is cold and sweet.
