Dear fellow students, as a senior who graduated from Nantong Vocational University in Grade 20, I would like to introduce my alma mater to you.
Nantong Vocational University is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, where rivers and seas meet and where humanities gather. It is a comprehensive full-time general university with engineering, liberal arts, management and arts approved by the provincial government and the Ministry of Education. It has the longest history of running a school in the country.
One of the oldest higher vocational colleges.
It has been two or three years since I graduated and I miss my alma mater very much.
Maybe it's not as good as an undergraduate institution, but it also imparted knowledge to me.
So I will introduce Nantong Vocational University from the following aspects.
1. Accommodation conditions.
Nantong Vocational University is divided into two campuses, one campus is in Haimen College, and the other is the main campus in Nantong City.
The male and female dormitories at Haimen College are for four or six people per room.
I remember that the accommodation fee was the same at that time.
Whether it's 4 people or 6 people.
Each dormitory is equipped with water heaters and air conditioners.
Each building has a drinking water card machine.
Each bed has a top bunk and a table below. This treatment is very good.
There are different dormitories on the main campus. One is for foreign exchange students, and the other is for students from a vocational school.
Some of the remaining vocational college students in Nantong live in Yucai Apartments, and a small number live in college student apartments.
The conditions for living in Yucai Apartment are the same as those at Haimen College.
But the boys in our department were a bit miserable. We lived in a college student apartment. At that time, I heard from the boys that college student apartments did not have air conditioning.
When we were in our junior year, all student apartments were equipped with air conditioning.
All dormitories have private bathrooms, but there is no way to take a shower in the student apartments, so you have to go to a large bathhouse.
As for drinking water in Yucai Apartment, there are water fetching places on some floors, and there are washing machines on almost every floor.
2. Canteen restaurant.
There is only one cafeteria in Haimen College. In the morning, there are steamed buns, steamed buns, various cakes, soy milk and so on.
The price is about 2-5 yuan.
There is a dinner plate at noon, and the dishes are all kinds of stir-fry dishes.
There is also a second floor that sells some fried rice and so on.
It's cheaper to eat on the first floor, about 5-10 yuan, and it's a little more expensive on the second floor, starting at 10 yuan.
There are also dinner plates and noodles in the evening.
There are no recommended delicacies on the Haimen campus, as long as they can fill your stomach.
If not, you can make extra meals by yourself. There are some stalls outside the school.
There are four cafeterias on the main campus. One is behind the teaching building, which is also divided into the first and second floors.
Various dishes are available.
Recommendation: The Tujia pancakes on the first floor for breakfast, the sauced duck legs on the lunch plate, and the dumpling noodles for dinner are all better than those at Haimen College.
The second one is a canteen in Yucai Apartment.
There are also two floors.
Breakfast is a bit simple, just bread, fried dough sticks, eggs and soy milk.
If you have a bit of a strong taste in the morning, they also sell noodles.
There is a fruit stall on the first floor and a fruit stall on the second floor.
It is recommended to eat the casserole and vermicelli on the first floor, and the dinner plate and spicy hotpot on the second floor.
The fast food in the Technician Canteen (which is quite far away) is delicious, mainly because the aunt gives so much that I almost can't finish it every time. I suggest just two dishes.
Malatang, Shaxian snacks (taste of home), beef noodles, and Mixue Bingcheng are at the school gate (outside the student apartment).
Quoting 3. School environment taken by a classmate of Nantong Vocational University.
Let’s talk about Haimen College first. To be honest, the campus environment there is a bit rough.
There is no special stadium for physical education classes.
There is a basketball court.
The teaching building is parallel to the dormitory building.
There is a large wasteland to the right of the cafeteria.
However, the dormitory environment is really good.
The environment inside the school may not be very good, but the environment outside the school is fine.
The air is fresh and quiet.
It is a place where you can calm down and study.
As for the main campus, it is much better than Haimen College. It has a pool, flowers, courts, and green shade.
There is also an indoor basketball court.
But I returned to my hometown in my second year at Haimen College.
Which campus you choose depends on the major you choose.
Quoted from the hand-drawn drawings of Nantong Vocational University masters 4. The highlight of Nantong Vocational University comes from its educational characteristics: Nantong Vocational University insists on student-oriented and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in talent training.
In accordance with the requirement that "every student can become a successful adult", each college and major guides and helps students determine their college life plans and career plans.
The student acquisition rate of skill certificates over the years is above 95%, and the passing rate of computer and English exams is far ahead of the provincial average.
The employment rate of school graduates has always remained above 98%, and the employer satisfaction rate has reached 96%.
Graduates mainly work in Fortune 500 companies, foreign-owned state-owned enterprises, and listed companies in the Yangtze River Delta region.
Graduates have excellent employment quality, high salaries and good working environment.
As far as I am concerned, I work for a private company.
So based on the above, this vocational university is still good.
But your future work still has to rely on what you learned during college. College is just a seesaw.
