01 Jinzhai is a small town in the south of Xunyang, about thirty kilometers away from the county seat.

The so-called Jiuzhaigou refers to Hongyan Village, Shijiazhai, Wujiazhai, Jinling Village, Wuhu Village, Taiping Village, Qinglong Village, Huamei Village and Sihe Village.

Among the nine slightly famous mountain villages, the largest one is Hongyan Village. It ranks first among the Jiuzhaigou Mountains and is a majestic mountain village. The Lingxiao Rock standing thousands of meters high turns into pearl red.

It has a radius of ten miles, a rock height of ten thousand feet, and is surrounded by cliffs. It is shaped like a bell and a seal. It stands majestically at the mouth of Kucai Gorge like an isolated island, surrounded by an unfathomable pool of water.

Above the mouth of Kucaigou is a village called Liujiahe.

Legend has it that on the first day that a new county magistrate took office, a villager from Liujiahe came to complain.

The county magistrate asked where the visitor was from.

Those who complained said that the grassroots came from Liujiahe.

The county magistrate felt strange when he heard this. He said that I had just arrived and knew that there were many rivers here, including Dajin River, Xiaojin River, Shenhe, Luhe, Pingding River, Guihua River, Xiaohe, Xunhe, etc., although he did not dare to say all the rivers in the territory.

I know all the rivers very well, but it can be said that I know them very well, but I have never heard of Liujiahe!

Tell me, how big is the water in Liujiahe River, and where does it eventually flow?

Those who complained said that the water in Liujia River was neither big nor small, and eventually flowed into Kucaigou.

The county magistrate was even more surprised when he heard this. In the world, only water from ditches flows into rivers. How can water from rivers flow into ditches?

Those who complained said that the water from Kucaigou flowed into Hongyan Village.

After this unjust case, the reputation of Hongyan Village has greatly increased, and everyone in the area knows about it.

Nowadays, the temple on the top of the village is dotted with cypresses and skyscrapers. During festivals, or on the first and fifteenth day of the lunar month, cigarette smoke lingers, bells chime, and two green cypress trees are hung with silks and satins. Below the village, the lights are shining, and the rocks are reflected.

Deep pool; surrounded by three peaks, emerald green and two dragons, there is only a winding path to the top of the mountain, and below is an unfathomable pool.

02 There are many karst caves in Jinzhai, with a total of eighteen large and small caves.

Each cave has its own unique characteristics, and each cave has a magical legend.

Among these many caves, the Immortal Cave is the most magical.

There is a legend that there was a yellow dragon and a black dragon fighting here. The two sides fought for seventy-seven forty-nine days without deciding the winner. In the end, they were so stalemate that they squeezed into a big hole on the top of the mountain to practice, watching each other with eager eyes and restraining the other.

Indeed, opposite the Immortal Cave, there is a large cave called "Huanglong Cave", with a clear spring gurgling from the entrance of the cave.

Because the mountain peaks on the opposite side are so towering and cut on all sides like axes and knives, few people go in to see what's going on.

The cave is spacious and bright, and two trains can pass through it at the same time.

There is a stone lion, about two meters high, in a half-crouching position, which looks exactly like a sleeping lion.

It is formed by stalactites accumulated over many years.

Above the lion, there is a stone dragon flying in the sky. The dragon's head is close to the top of the rock wall. The dragon's tail is caught in a stone crevice. It keeps spitting crystal water droplets from its mouth, and it drips impartially on the stone lion's head.

In the past, whenever there was a drought, people would come in groups to pray for rain, blowing suonas, beating gongs and drums, and marching toward the Fairy Cave.

The water droplets spit out from the dragon's mouth gathered into a pool at the lion's feet.

The area of ??the pool is about one foot square, and no one knows its depth. It is said that someone used several bamboo poles to connect them together, but they have not found out how deep the pool is.

When you reach out and touch the pool of water, a chill instantly spreads from your fingers to all the nerve endings, and your skin instantly becomes covered with goosebumps.

Of course, this is the weather in June. In the middle of winter, steam will rise from the water, like a hot spring.

On the left side of the water pool, there is a stalactite more than 20 meters high, which looks like a pile of lotus flowers.

In the center of the pool, there is a single-plank bridge. Although it has been a long time, it is still as strong as ever.

How long is the Immortal Cave?

It is still a mystery to this day because there are many holes inside and no one has ever gotten out.

It is said that one end leads to Hubei, and there is also a saying that the end of the cave is Sichuan, but no one has ever verified it.

The further you go, the more forked holes there are; the further you go, the darker the hole becomes, and the huge torch or flashlight looks more and more like a firefly.

At the end of each scenic spot, there is a small hole that can only be accessed by one person. You have to bend down and crawl forward. After climbing in, you will suddenly be enlightened. It fully displays the miraculous craftsmanship of nature, making you feel uncomfortable.

This trip is a waste.
