The steps are as follows:
1. Wash the crucian carp and prepare the onion and ginger slices.
2. Prepare enoki mushrooms and tofu.
3. Put oil in the pan, fry the onion and ginger, and fry the crucian carp briefly.
4. Fry the tofu slightly.
5. Put crucian carp, tofu, enoki mushrooms, onions and ginger into a stew pot, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat.
6. Stew until the soup is thick, add salt and pepper, remove from the pot and add sesame oil and minced coriander.
