Beef fire spoon originated in Tieling area, and the inventor was an old Hui man named Yang Fu. Special snacks have been burned for nearly a hundred years. Although there are fire spoons in other places, they are very different from Tieling in appearance and taste. 2. Li Ji jar meat
Tanrou is one of the special dishes in northeast China, which is developed on the basis of stewed meat and braised pork. There are many jar meat restaurants in Northeast China, however, the most famous one is Li Ji jar meat in Tieling City, which is located at the foot of Longshou Mountain.
Jar meat was created by Li Yu 19 18 when he fled from Tianjin to Tieling. 1989, Li Ji jar meat applied for a national patent, becoming the first individual catering industry in Tieling to obtain a national patent.
3. Dadianzi mutton soup
