1. Remove the old skin from the head, tail and outside of the onion, wash and cut into strips, and cut the meat into wide shreds for later use.
2. When the oil is hot, put a few smaller onions in the wok, stir-fry the meat, pour some cooking wine to stir-fry the meat until it becomes discolored, stir-fry the onions, add soy sauce (I like dark colors, so put more) and a little salt, and add some spiced powder (you don't have to put it if you don't like it) to stir-fry.
