Red bean dumplings.
Glutinous rice flour 180g sticky rice flour 120g. Take a small piece of boiling water, add 230ml warm water and knead it into a ball, then knead it into a ball, cook the red beans, add sugar and press it into mud. Red bean rice cake
100g red beans are soaked for one night and cooked. 40g sugar 150g glutinous rice flour with appropriate amount of warm water. Steam in small pots 15 minutes.
Milk rice cake
Soak rice for 2 hours and pour in 160ml milk. Pour 25g sugar into the wall-breaking machine and mash. Steam roses and cranberries in a steamer for 30 minutes.
