Grilled scallops (a delicious dish you won’t be able to put down)
Material preparation
1. Scallops
2. Ginger slices
3. Scallions
4. Garlic
5. Soy sauce
6. Cooking wine
7. Salt
8. Black pepper
9. Olive oil
Step 1: Clean the scallops
Soak the scallops in water, scrub gently with a brush, clean and drain the water and set aside.
Step 2: Make seasoning
Chop ginger slices, green onions and garlic, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and black pepper, stir evenly and set aside.
Step 3: Grill the scallops
1. Place the scallops on the baking sheet and spread the seasoning evenly on the scallops with a spoon.
2. Preheat the oven to 200℃, put the baking sheet into the oven, and bake for about 10 minutes, until the scallops turn white and bake until golden brown.
3. Take out the baking sheet, place the roasted scallops on the plate, and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil.
Tips
1. When grilling scallops, the oven temperature should not be too high to avoid burning the scallops.
2. Seasonings can be adjusted according to personal taste, increasing or reducing the amount of certain seasonings.
3. Do not bake the scallops for too long to avoid overdrying the scallops and affecting the taste.
