1. Heling Town? Heling Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Yuhu District, Xiangtan City. It is located 12 kilometers north of Xiangtan City. It borders Pingtang Street in Yuelu District, Changsha City and Daolin Town, Ningxiang City. It is between Xiangtan City and Changsha City.
In the middle, it is the natural docking point for Changsha to develop the Xiangtan River.

6. Xiangshui Township Xiangshui Township has jurisdiction over three jurisdictions: Xiangshui, Jiuhua, and Heping. The township has a cultivated land area of ??47,227 acres, 36 villages, 529 production operation groups, and a total population of 36,201 people (2017).
