Tuesday
1 bowl of milk rice porridge, stewed beef brisket with carrot, refreshing Chinese cabbage and 1 apple. 2 small bowls of rice, steamed prawns, shredded pork and mustard soup, 1 banana. 2 small flower rolls, 1 bowl of corn porridge, stewed radish and kelp with tofu, 1 orange.
Wednesday
1 Bowl of dried noodles and eggs, 1 Slice of lean meat fried with kale, kelp and pitaya. Corn flour cake 1 piece, seaweed fried melon 1 piece, sausage fried cabbage 1 piece. 2 small bowls of rice, celery mixed with dried fragrant herbs, sweet and sour carp and 1 bunch of grapes.
Thursday

Friday

Saturday
Porridge with seaweed and spinach, steamed bread 1, lettuce in oyster sauce, fruit salad. 2 small bowls of red bean rice, shrimp skin mixed with tofu, Kung Pao squid rolls and 1 orange. 1 bowl of medlar brown sugar millet porridge, 2 small flower rolls, 1 cold bitter gourd and kiwi fruit.
Sunday
Sweet potato porridge, scallion cake 1, fried spinach with eggs, braised beef and orange juice 1 cup. 2 small bowls of rice, fried yam, dry fried yellow croaker, seasonal fruit. Chicken soup wonton, stir-fried diced chicken, 1 cup of milk.
