One-week menu list of school canteen
The weekly menu of the school canteen is introduced as follows:

Monday:

Breakfast: steamed stuffed bun and Sam sun soup.

Lunch: fried fresh celery, salted shrimp, beef brisket, stewed radish, fried peas, braised fish pieces, pork fried dried bean curd, and pork bone seaweed soup.

Dinner: five cups of goose, fried pumpkin, fried spinach, fried sharp vegetables and corn bone soup.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: steamed bread, fried pork liver powder, preserved eggs and lean porridge.

Lunch: Fried bacon with Dutch beans, fried pork liver, roasted duck with ginger and onion, fried cauliflower with pork, fried Chinese cabbage, chicken bone soup and chicken feet.

Dinner: onion, raw fried pork tongue, raw fried cucumber, boiled chicken, fried dried bean curd, fried lettuce and horseshoe pig bone soup.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: noodles and shredded pork soup with sauerkraut.

Lunch: Lotus root bone soup, fragrant dried pork, kung pao chicken, minced rice tofu, vinegar black fungus, shredded Chinese cabbage and sliced mushroom soup.

Dinner: Fried pork slices with soybean, preserved eggs with pepper, fried carrot slices and fried cabbage.

Thursday:

Breakfast: Fried dough sticks and mung bean porridge.

Lunch: Braised kelp with bones, broccoli, fried pork slices with mushrooms, fish-flavored tomato pot, steamed shrimp with Chili, green fried melon, garlic-flavored Shanghai green, laver and egg soup.

Dinner: seaweed and egg soup, cauliflower fried meat, hot and sour fish, Mapo tofu, green onion fried lettuce tip.

Friday:

Breakfast: fried rice with chopped green onion and eggs, seaweed and egg soup.

Lunch: corn bone soup, steamed meat with sauerkraut, hot and sour chicken offal, steamed eggs, hot and sour shredded potatoes, fried rice noodles with sauerkraut.

Dinner: Sour and hot bean curd soup, steamed fish with chopped pepper, pork belly fried with white pepper, green vegetables and garlic fried with cold potato chips in Shanghai.
