The first gourmet food in my memory: Tiandong Roll Noodle Shuangxiong. Both are located at the bridge of Baigu Red Army Village. They are one of the favorite breakfasts of Tiandong people.
The skin is thin and waxy and fragrant, and the cold potato, beans and flat vegetable fillings make you feel like "breakfast should be like this" when you take a bite.
However, because it is so popular, you have to wait for more than half an hour every time you go there. After those people finish eating, they have to pack dozens of them back, leaving those of us who originally only wanted to eat one and a half pieces so hungry that we want to swallow three pieces immediately.
The roll noodles made by both companies are made with the same process, but the sauces are different, including sour sauce.
This one has barbecued pork sauce.
This one has seafood sauce.
A loaf of meat-filled noodle rolls costs 3 yuan. Girls usually eat one and a half loaves, and boys eat three loaves.
This... is an amount that will make you tired.
As for roll noodles, I personally feel that if you eat less, you will still be satisfied, but if you eat more, you will be bored to death.
Every time I go to eat, I feel lingering in the **** feeling hahahaha.
- -Second installment of delicious food in my memory: Tiandong Super Invincible Sour Bamboo Shoot Noodles. This is really an old restaurant that Tiandong people have been eating for more than ten years. The taste is particularly good.
There are two ways to eat it dry and in soup noodles.
Sour bamboo shoots can be stir-fried with pork liver or lean meat. They are stir-fried with black bean sauce and poured onto the noodles, with or without adding soup.
4.5 yuan a bowl.
They also have boiled noodles and wontons, both of which are delicious.
Hehehehe I just took one photo, so the sour bamboo shoot noodles section ends here.
The third gourmet food in memory: Dried noodles from a time-honored herbal tea shop. The herbal tea shop was a state-owned enterprise at the time. After subsequent rectifications, it was taken over by the original employees and continued to operate.
Tiandong people in the herbal tea shop have been drinking herbal tea for decades, and it is no worse than Wong Lao Kat.
It used to be two cents a cup, but now it's one dollar.
It has two varieties of herbal tea, one with a sweet taste and one with a bitter taste.
Bitter tea was a good remedy used by mothers on Tiandong Street to treat their children's fever. They frowned, closed their eyes, and drank a cup of tea to ensure that the illness would be cured.
As for the sweet one, the sweetness is moderate. One sip of it will give you endless aftertaste. It’s perfect for drinking after breakfast to relieve tiredness.
Since it is "herbal tea shop dried noodles", after talking about herbal tea, it must be dried noodles.
The dried noodles of the herbal tea shop are also one of the stars of Tiandong Breakfast Restaurant. The dried beef brisket noodles used to be my favorite, but now I don’t know why they are no longer available.
Now there is only dried intestine sealing powder.
Cut the intestines into small pieces and sprinkle them in, add peanuts and coriander, and then pour a spoonful of sweet and sour sauce. It is a bowl of breakfast that young Tiandong people like me who study abroad miss most.
Uh, there is no picture for Gan Lao Fen.
The fourth food in my memory: Pork Blood Sausage from Zhongshan Wet Market. The wet market was the most magical place for me when I was a kid.
Every afternoon, grandma would carry a bamboo basket to buy vegetables.
When I come back, I will bring back some snacks from time to time: such as white cake, such as mung bean porridge, such as pig blood sausage.
The pork blood sausage of this restaurant is not much better than other restaurants, but their sauce is first-rate.
Its sauce is also sour. Add coriander, peanuts and garlic, and mix it with pork blood sausage to make it appetizing and delicious.
Please give an example. What is the practice in your hometown?
