Qingming delicacies include: green dumplings, dumplings, eggs, steamed buns and pancakes.
1. Qingtuanzi
Qingtuanzi is the most representative food in the Qingming Festival. It is blue, oily and green, sticky and soft, not sweet or greasy, with a light but long grass aroma, and it is even more fragrant and smooth when eaten in the mouth.

3. Eggs

4. Zitui steamed buns
Zitui steamed buns in northern Shaanxi are also called old steamed buns and flour flowers, and also called steamed buns. Using fermented grains to make dough, the dough flower is a dough-shaped bun, with small animals such as swallows, insects, snakes, rabbits, pen, ink, paper, inkstones and other items, all of which have their own meanings.
5. Pancakes
There is a saying in Xiamen that "eat pancakes on Qingming Day", which means that Tomb-Sweeping Day's family will get together to make pancakes after sweeping the grave. Today, most places in southern Fujian still retain such customs and habits.
