Fried crispy meat
Crispy meat should be familiar to many friends. It can be used directly, sliced and boiled in soup or hot pot. A bite of crispy meat just out of the pot is fragrant and crisp, and the more you chew it, the more delicious it becomes.
1. Cut the pork into strips with little fingers. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and then marinate for 3 minutes to taste.
2. Put the eggs, flour and sweet potato starch into a bowl, then slowly pour in a proper amount of beer and stir until there are no particles.
3. Pour the oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 5% hot, put the meat into the pot one by one and fry it until golden, and then take it out. (remember to separate them with chopsticks if they are stuck)
4. Heat the oil, pour in the crispy meat again and fry until the surface is golden and slightly burnt.
